So this is the sexual predator that New Ulm EDA chose to protect by committing housing fraud, rather than protecting me—a vulnerable, disabled participant in the federal Housing Choice Voucher program—by simply following the NSPIRE inspection regulations. The individuals who came out were women, and I have to say that New Ulm EDA hires the most disgusting workforce on the planet in their housing department, protecting a sexual predator and registered slumlord because they are racist.
Pay close attention to the choice of words in the first message. And understand it's context. Property manager Rick Newmann, who I stopped all non-essential communication with due to threatening sexual advance in the rental office shortly before, was stalking me outside my windows. I closed the curtain. Shortly after the curtain closed, Newmann sent the text message dated April 17th, 2024. Newmann, a sexual predator, has master the Jim Crow of the North first line of racism, the Minnesota Nice language plausible deniability.
On December 13, 2024 Property Manager Rick Newmann will stage a break-in to my home to torment, intimidate and humiliate me by mobilizing police through false police report that a wellness check is required. Police will not identify who made the call only "A friend, they said that haven't seen or heard from you in a while; they gave me a phone number you should call." When I called the number it was the November 28, 2024 tenant and victim Sandra Doe—girlfriend to property manager Anthony Anderson, Rick Newmann's alleged best friend and sister to severely developmentally disabled Margret Doe, alleged victim and tenant in the unit beneath me, which I had identified as a residence Newmann uses to spy on me upstairs in weekly therapy meetings since December 2023—despite paying an extra $50.00 a month in rent and taking a horrible unit because my spiritual intelligence told me before I moved in that Rick Newmann and girlfriend Sarah Doe would spy on me and weaponize what they find to force a social relationship if I lived in the unit above them—I still have to do with it because they've used Margret's apartment. Now because of this police break-in, Sandra Doe also has my personal phone number. "Systematically removing my freedom to choose my own relationships and who I protect myself from by not letting them have my private data or enter the privacy of my home—now because of all these notably, white people's actions who I have absolutely no relationship with, my name has entered public police records." At home, asleep in my bed, in my private space, minding my private business, at a location systemicatic crime has forced me to be minnesota, its environement and its people have literally dragged me into more problems and trouble just be being in proximity to me. They do not know how to leave me alone—they're all over me. I have taken every normal and responsible percaustion to protect myself:
not answering unannouced visits to my home,
not answering unwanted phone calls and text message by people that have stolen my private data from a rental company to contact me,
not maintaining relationships with people I observe to be troublesome
limiting contact and interaction when an institutional neccisty like housing forces us to interact
calling animal control to acquire evidence for relocation without injury when the strangers won't stop forcing trouble into my home and mailbox
exercising my federal right to transfer out of the state of minnesota to never encounter don klyberg's property in the first place
enrolling in the proper public medical insurance program and immidately pursing medical attention for chiari malformation so that i don't become disabled and dependent on controlling DHS and housing programs that send me to places where i am unequally yoked in the first place
Yet every correct thing I have done to prevent all of this from happening has been systematically obstructed at the government level preventing me from protecting myself and employee's of those those same government agencies have weaponized their employment to bring the outside trouble they blocked me from avoiding, into my home life and daily reality.
The same police department that would not dispatch to the scene for my animal abuse call in August 2024, and would not dispath to the scene of the November 28th sexual assualt victims call, broke into my home on behalf of a sexual predator who I have no relationship with saying "he hasn't seen or heard from me" to tell me to call the victim, who is back in the offenders possession, the offender who I've stopped from using my phone as a weapon by not answering his calls—retaliation by Rick Newmann for interviewing and recording the assault victim on November 28, 2024 to prove I am not the only victim and more assertion of no female having the right to boundaries and male privilege. Broke into my home for him and recorded me in eternal systematic record accesible to the BCA and FBI as a wellness check that I didn't need. In that same year, a few hours drive east, in springfield Illionois, Sonya Massey was murdered in cold blood by uniformed police officers who still attempt to use a public record of "wellness check" accesible to the BCA and FBI as grounds to discredit her right to be alive and reason for the officer we've all seen shoot without cause. Here in minnesota, that same year, Minnesota decomcratic senator Nicole Mitchell got caught commiting burglary and claimed she was there to perform a wellness check. All of this while I've seen no justice for the ongoing injuries and financial damages that I and my children face due to DHS fraud in home based community based services waiver which broke in the media back in 2016 that led to this property. And even as the media unviels another $1 billion dollars in DHS Family Stablizations Services and the closing over over 77-programs we've only seen and heard from three of those victims as well. And the price i pay for courageously being willing to move to a state I know very little about and no one one there in the worst physical condition in my life in order to simply get health care for a manageable condition and live a normal life is that they steal my housing choice voucher to stop me from leaving and send me here where all medical progress I accomplished during their criminal 1,775 days of homelessness has been done because the same conduct of minnesotans external to myself and my household continues.
I have contacted the minnesota Office of African American Health several times seeking their support in the formalization of Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS) as a stand alone diagnosis, listed in the DSM-5 under systematic racism and social injustice.
In the most disgusting act by any agency I've experienced over my lifetime in Minnesota, this black organization did not respond to my complaint, did not respond to my request and put up informaytion about Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome (PTSS) where no mention of trauma had been listed at all, as if the suffering of my ancestors is going to help me fight sexual harassment in housing that I am facing now due to countless legal abuses in multiple offices forcing me to become and remain accessible to the predator, give me professional psychological space to process while or go through it or make known any of the medical symptoms I face in advocating for myself so that others can allow me grace as I continue to be the only advocate for my escape from this cycle—its a pissing contest between health minnesotans funded to investigate exactly what I'm reporting and the disabled victims.
I have begun to hate this place and its people—because they're systemically killing me in plain sight and there is no way no matter what I do. Lucky for them I'm sane. And the reason that i keep mentioning race, is not because I'm a racist—its because what is happening to me is happening because I'm a black woman, it is not happening to white minnesotans because if it were it would be stopped. That is the reason for the inability to escape so it has to be discussed in order to get the right solutions. Like very simple, if we know that there is racially motivated bias controlling how systems behave and respond, when a victim reports bheavior and responese that don't align with common procedure and regulation we hold those as high priority and respond quickly to address the miscinduct and remove the obstruction to justice. Then i'm not here years and years later still chronicalling new attacks. It's not victimless its medically, legally and socioeconomically at the base of every complaint. You know, like the legal matter of enslavement that sparked a civil war?
When I awoke from my sleep and caught police with a leg in the house, and an arm attempting to unlock the chain lock from the inside and opened the door, the first thing I saw behind uniformed police officers is Rick Newmann run down the steps. In April 2025, Don Klyberg admitted in recorded audio that he knew about it and encouraged Newmann to do it.
