The property manager stole my grill and parked his truck outside my bedroom window from May to August 2024. He would take the grill down, beat on it daily, and then put it back—so I had to watch this intimidation, unable to even look out my window without a reminder of him—all because I wouldn’t respond to his sexually harassing text messages.
This sexual predator loser took my grill and parked his truck outside my bedroom window as revenge for ignoring his totally inappropriate messages, which he continued to send for three months despite never receiving a single response on personal number which he never had permission to use for his enjoyment.
This on top of eight weeks of stalking, a beating and nearly getting stabbed by his girlfriend in the rental office because I would not answer her drunk text messages, drunk phone calls, unwelcomed visits to my home and demands to socialize with her and property manager newmann—neither of them having permission to use my telephone number or come to my house.
AND—that's on top paying an extra $50.00 per month for a degusting apartment instead of the rehab. unit I came for just so me living above them doesn't trigger them to come to my home.
I’m just a tenant, but this predator demands constant attention—and the system that forced us into this situation through criminal neglect continues to operate criminally to keep us here.
