Please take a moment to notice how meticulously clean and trash-free the mail receptacles on the property are kept. A wad of newspaper would noticeably bring down the quality. So of course, a hand written letter, shoved in the mailbox I rent, by illegal use of a mail of a master key supplied by Don Klyberg is totally appropriate and not retaliation by a sexual predator.
I could never know what information I'm not receiving via United States Postal Service because of this stalker and the system enabling him.
Newmann is looking for the parcel where he wrote “Tenant No Longer Lives Here” to stop my mail delivery for six months — with the support of a local federal government employee, the postmaster — which the Secretary of State has confirmed seeing, while Newmann was stalking outside my window, as usual. I never received that parcel, which means it’s more stolen mail. Since I was told the parcel was mailed to me, it’s extremely important and involves matters that changed lives. That also confirms it as stolen mail.
As you can see, they are systematically allowing this by breaking the law themselves — despite never receiving a change-of-address form from me. While it may be difficult to hear, this is how white privilege operates in Minnesota: it shows no respect for the boundaries of known Black residents, and it disregards laws and policies meant to protect them. When they are harmed by that criminality and corruption, it becomes their responsibility to prove it occurred, prove they were injured, and prove their life is valuable enough for those injuries to matter — and then still be responsible for repairing the harm themselves, or live in the ongoing damage.
The result is the Minnesota paradox: a 90% racial wealth gap while low-income programs, the criminals justice system and legal aide ignore the causes and high mortality rates among Black Minnesotans while clinics and hospitals remain dominantly ruled by racism, and DHS programs remain fraudulent — and even the Office of African American Health (OOAH) refuses to respond to notice and request for Legal Abuse Syndrome solidification assistance.
These are the politics hiding behind the so called "Minnesota Nice" politics.
I have no idea what kind of substance he's placed on my Wi-Fi router, but the fingerprint mark is undeniable — the shiny ones being my own. He loves filth. He doesn't even attempt to disguise his actions, because he expects no consequences and takes pleasure in the fact that he's getting away with this, all because I'm refusing to sleep with him or let him touch me. He wants me to know every time he touches something of mine, making it clear that he’s systematically forcing me to remain a victim of sexual harassment in housing, a hostile living environment, and unsafe property conditions. This constant, two-year submission to a stalker while enrolled in an ACP program for victims of stalking is soul-crushing.
Evidently, systemic stalking, intimate non-personal abuse, and criminal victimization are much larger problems in the state of Minnesota than the conduct of its citizens. They'll stop a citizen but they won't stop their peers or hires.
